Last night coming home from dinner I was awe inspired by brilliance of the full moon. I came home and grabbed my camera and tripod and took this Snow Moon photo from my deck. The reason they call it a Snow Moon is because it is farther away from Earth so it is about 10 smaller then a normal full moon so it is referred to as a micro moon.

I was hiking a trail a few mornings ago and was lucky enough to capture the golden light bathing the tree in its brilliance. I love being in, and photographing the loess hills. I believe it?s my only muse at this point.

This photo was taken while walking a trail near my house, close to the train tracks. When a train approached my location, I decided to capture a picture of the train and the landscape from an elevated perspective.

After dropping my son at Skutt High for his entrance exam, I chased the sunrise home. Amid -10?F, I wandered alone around Standing Bear Lake. The sun's beams danced through snow-laden trees, creating a picturesque scene. Despite the cold, the serenity of the lake and nature enveloped me. In that frozen moment, I captured the essence of snow and sun, reinforcing my enduring belief that nature, resilient in all conditions, perpetually crafts and displays its exquisite beauty.

As a deep space photographer, I like to take photos of outer space targets that our eyes cannot see. These photos require a lot of patience and a lot of clear nights reason why my telescopes are working almost every night when it isn't cloudy. Astrophotography is very different from all the other types of photography, a single photo sometimes requires tens of hours under the clear night sky but the result is very satisfying. In this photo, I would like to present to you the California Nebula

This is part of a huge street art display, a real gem in Leeds. I loved the different displays of hands walking, creates a real sense of movement and intrigue. Photo was taken around 11am. The light you see shining on the hand is from a wall light. Camera setting - F4.2, 1/400 shutter and ISO 200.

Shot with Canon RP w/ 24-105mm lens with ND1000 filter 30 sec at f8.0 ISO 100. Edited in Lightroom for minor tweaks. Converted the color shot to Black and White and liked that version so much better!

One of the creative artistic edits of my images. I love to create motion and fluidity in an image to set it apart from the run of the mill shot by creating drama and emotion using my post processing skills.
